After alot of positives in Bordeaux I decided to play a Jamega Event to keep playing and hopefully continue the progress I felt I was making, the golf course itself was terrible and resembled a field with flags on and the old cliches of ' It's the same for everybody' really did come to mind and I had to keep telling myself this!!!!
The first round was very mixed with some good shots and few bad ones in there, It was a very frustrating round as it was a golf course that just didnt reward good shots, It was very bouncy and the greens were very poor, I ended up shooting level par which left me way down the field, The second round was much better and i played very steady to shoot 3 under and finish mid 20's in what was a good field, I always enjoy playing Jamega and catching up with the guys that run it, Its a great tour and is run very well.
I have 10 days off now before a nice 3 weeks stretch of Challenge Tour in Paris, followed by Slovenia and then Austria on the Alps Tour, all at golf courses which I know very well and enjoy playing so am really looking forward to seeing some good friends in Austria and a good run of results
